Sem 1 finally over !!

Finally!!  sem 1 is over and i was glad by that... oh ya, about the JPA result, yeah, thanks God ive got the scholarship... my result came out the past 4 months and now im taking the sem break and going to enter semester 2.

4 months ago..
i was waiting for the result ,since the early morning.  and finally, at 5pm, JPA give out the result and yeah! 

Now... 
Program Pandang ke Timur had been launched by our late Prime Minister, Tun Dr.Mahathir years ago and making Korean Programme (a programme where they teach korean language to malaysian students and send them to korea) was one of the plan in the Program... hmmm.. korean language was not very hard (if you always practice). there are some idioms create by the student regarding korean language, 

재미있지만 어려워요 (jaemiitjiman oroweoyo) which means it is fun but a little hard..

now, I finished my level 1 in Korean study and will pursue  into level 2... i think there will be 4 or 5 level in korean study.. if anyone want to know more about this programme. just visit a website called RECOM..  that website will give you guys any information regarding any pre-u programme overseas or local .. so, that's it for now... oh ya, if u get the scholarship in this programme, u will be going to study in INTEC college (a branch of UiTM which is now undergoing the process to become a private overseas preparation college ).

    for this preparation programme, we're just like studying korean and some stuff like precalculus, but after 1 year of preparation , we will choose which major we are taking in for engineering at uni..

      to say its fun. mmm its fun when you can explore every place around and sometimes during our smester break, since we're studying in overseas,so the odds of traveling to another country is higher because we got scholarship. But the not fun part is some of our subjects is in korean and its hard

    mmm... it sounds like an exciting challenge. :) do you guys from malaysia share rooms with koreans' or wit other malaysians ?

      hi spm candidate 2014, it's depends. if you are staying in hostel,you will have korean as your roommate. But only some university provides hostel for foreign student,so malaysian students find themselves a nice and cozy regular 2 people house or 4 people house. for most case, we prefer malaysian roommate haha..

    I just got the JPA scholarship to Korea. I have some questions.
    1) Is the preparation at INTEC 9 months only? But why does it say 21 months in INTEC in my surat tawaran?
    2) How many overall spending on me after I finish my degree?

      hi mieyra. congrats!!
      1) so, JPA did some changes in korean programme this year. I dis heard about the 21 months programme in INTEC from my batchmates and korean teachers. im not confirming it bcause im not the jpa,obviously haha. but as your letter wrote, you guys may have a 21 month programme in INTEC.
      2) i forgot the how much. JPA will give you a letter concerning about that thing later in the future. but its a lot.

      Thank you for your answer. Hoping that it's only 9 months. But you know what they say about the 97 batch. We are like a tester (HOTS questions in SPM, Most of us didn't get UPU and bla3)... (sorry for the complain.. Insyaallah, it will be better)....
      One very last question: In your surat tawaran, did it say 9 months in INTEC?

    Hi i just got the jpa scholarship this year. May i ask which college or uni are you studying in korea now? Do we get to choose or it depends on jpa? After studying for the preparations i will have to study for diploma for 3 years and then continue my degree? I didn't expect myself to get the scholarship so i didn't do much research on this i would be soooo thankful if you could answer my questions ><
